Ordering

We understand your excitement to receive your order! The estimated delivery time depends on various factors such as your location, shipping method and product availability. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated on the delivery progress. 
We accept a variety of payment methods to offer you convenience and flexibility. Currently, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and also support secure payment options such as PayPal and Apple Pay. You can choose the payment method that suits you best during the checkout process.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. To edit or cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team through Contact Us page or email as soon as possible with your order details. We'll review the request and assist you in the best way we can.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift packaging services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we strive to provide high-quality products that are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If you have any specific requests or preferences regarding the presentation of your purchase, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order. We understand the importance of prompt and transparent payment processing. Rest assured, we use secure payment gateways to protect your information and make the transaction as smooth as possible.

We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses at this time. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for each shipping address. 

Shipping

We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs. During the checkout process, you'll be able to choose from our available shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited, or express shipping. The shipping options and associated costs will be displayed for you to select the one that best suits your preferences and timeframe.

Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes! During the checkout process, simply provide the necessary address information and we'll ensure your package is successfully delivered to the designated address.

Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations. Our shipping services are limited to US shipping addresses only. 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for your package. 

For added security, we typically require a signature upon delivery for orders valued over $400. This ensures the safe receipt of your package. If you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for alternative delivery or pickup. If you have an order above $400 and would like to waive this service, please include a note in the "Order special instructions" box during Checkout.

Returns

We have a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can initiate a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Initiating a return is a simple process. Please reach out to our customer support team via Contact Us page or email, providing your order details, and we will be happy to assist you in initiating the return process. 

Once we receive your returned item, our dedicated team will promptly process your return. The exact timeframe for processing may vary, but we strive to complete the process as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes approximately 5 business days to inspect the returned item, verify its condition, and issue the refund or exchange. We appreciate your patience during this process, and rest assured, we'll keep you informed of any updates regarding your return. 

We want to make your return experience as transparent as possible. Unless there was an issue with the order or the product is defective, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We understand that this may vary depending on the situation, so we recommend reviewing our detailed return policy for specific information.
